How to buy from us
General information
We have limited possibilities to change sizes and product models due to our modest stock levels. Please read the product descriptions, size charts and/or compare to attire you have available.
Payments
All prices are including Swedish VAT and when you order is completed, the total cost for your purchase will be visible in the cart.
Return and cancellation policy
Attitude Apparel offers a 14 return policy on our products. For standard products it takes effect from the date that you receive the product.
For special, customized or limited products we will do our best to replace your product with a new one. Due to the nature of limited edition products we cannot guarantee that you will get a new product. Naturally we will return your purchase.
If you decide to cancel the purchase you inform us about this via email to customer@attitude-apparel.com within the time frame. Put “Cancel” in the subject line.
Important information:
When returning/cancelling an order, all original packaging needs to be returned.
You are obliged to keep the product/-s in the same condition as when it was received.
You cannot use it, but naturally carefully examine it.
If the product is damaged or lost due to negligence your right to withdrawal is revoked.
Return costs are covered by you, except if the product is defect or if we have sent you a product that you have not ordered.
Returns are sent to us as letters or parcel, not COD (Postförskott).
If we send you a replacement product, Attitude Apparel covers the freight cost from us to you.
Privacy policy
When placing an order with us we get access to some of your personal information. When placing your order with us you approve that we gather, and store, your information in order to be able to fulfill our services towards you. According to legislation you have the right to know what information we hold about you. If it is inaccurate, incomplete or irrelevant, you have the right to ask us to correct or remove the information.

Delivery times
If products are in stock, we send them as fast as possible. We are a small company with modest stock levels and sometimes you will experience longer lead times.
When we do our limited editions, we will clearly inform about this in the product description so that you are aware of the increased lead times.
Uncollected products
All uncollected products will be returned to us. Therefor we reserve the right to charge you with the, at any time, given return-, dispatch- and handling costs. Currently they are XXX SEK.
